There’s always a need to keep up with the Joneses or better yet, be the Joneses. Keeping a brand fresh and modern is part of the equation to attracting new customers and increased sales. OPA! of Greece partnered with Ball Retail to focus on refreshing the brand and incorporating a new promotional program which gained a 15% increase in same store sales.
QSR’s rely on quick concise communication at the store level for direct conversion. One of the tools; a user friendly menuboard creates the right customer experience and profitability. According to Mike MacDonald, Director of Marketing at OPA!, the menuboard redesign resulted in an approximate 30% lift in sales. Not too shabby.
